2 requested boarding area: „E1“, „E3“, „ST“ buoy, Roads
if 1 & 2 are not stated: No pilot available!
3 Ships particulars: /Length, Beam, Draught)
4 Destination
5 freeboard to pilot accesss point

Confirm of ETA at „E1“:

1 hour prior to Pilot Station on
VHF Channel 08 call „Elbe Pilot“

Approach via German Bight boarding Station („E3“, „ST“)

24/12 hours prior to arrival at „E3“, „ST“ buoy Mail, same data as above!
2 hours prior to arrival „E3“, „ST“ buoy via VHF CH 08 confirmation of ETA
